Boys and Girls Missionary Challenge (BGMC)
 
At the church at Maltby we believe that each generation should have the opportunity to give and learn the importance of helping those in need.
 
BGMC is the AG missions program for kids that instills hearts of compassion to reach the lost through praying, giving, and going. All funds raised through BGMC go to meet critical needs around the world such as feeding programs, water wells, Bible schools, curriculum, and whatever else a missionary needs in their part of the world.
 
What does BGMC money buy?
BGMC is touching every area of the world by supplying our missionaries with the supplies and tools they need to reach out to the lost through evangelism and discipleship. Missionaries desperately need to purchase supplies such as Bibles, literature, library books and study books for the Bible colleges, computers, printers, photocopy machines, DVDs, puppets, costume animals, translating materials into various languages, sound systems, and lots more. Many of these supplies could not be purchased if it were not for BGMC. BGMC is the ministry that provides whatever a missionary needs—where they need it and when they need it. It's like an emergency "ready" fund. This fund is quick, it's instant, and it helps them when they need it. Many missionaries would be at a loss without BGMC.
 
Why encourage my child to give to BGMC?
BGMC goes to where the need is the greatest, where the timing is the most urgent, and where people's lives can be changed forever. When you give to BGMC, you are helping an entire ministry team all at once! What an incredible opportunity to teach our children about being generous and thinking beyond ourselves. 
 
When and how can my child give to BGMC? 
A BGMC offering is taken during our weekend gatherings at Elementary Kid's Life Church. Make sure your child asks for a "Buddy Barrel" to keep their change in for BGMC.
